How it works

If you're not satisfied with a guide for any reason, email us at support@wyoscale.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to explain why, though we always appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

What we need from you

• The email address you used at checkout, or your Stripe receipt/order number.
• The name of the guide you purchased.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Digital products

All products on this site are digital downloads. Because the content is delivered to you instantly, the 30-day guarantee above is how we handle returns — you keep access while you decide, and we refund you if it's not right for you.
